Telangana Foods major activity is for manufacturing and supplies Nutritious food to beneficiary of Government Dept., Women Development & Child Welfare Govt. of Telangana and Govt., of Andhra Pradesh.

Production activity of the nutritious food in various process (viz., Pre -Cleaning, Pre-Processing), destining, decorticating of the agriculture raw materials like wheat, bengal gram dhal and pulses & cereal and pass through roasting process for evaporating the moisture content and once again cleaning process will be taken. After roasting of the materials the grinding/milling activity taken up and product mix through inter mediatory silos batch mixing process will be taken and through packing 2.5 Kg (unit bags Balamrutham) filled and these unit packs will be filled in HDPE each 20Kg outer bag (2.5 X8 ) and stitched bags will be kept ready for stacking and dispatch.

Further, Snack Food (SF) through extruder product is also being manufactured and supplied to 3 year to 6 Years children under SNP Programme.

Presently, the above two different types of Nutritious Foods are manufacturing and supplying to Directorate of Women Development and Child Welfare in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Products

a) Ready to Eat Foods :

• Balaamurtham : Wheat Flour, Skimmed Milk powder, Sugar, Puffed Bengal gram dhal powder, RPO and vitamins & Minerals and fortified with Vitamins and Minerals.
• Modified Therapeutic Food (Nutrimix): Wheat Flour, Full Fat Soya Flour, Sugar, RPO and fortified with Vitamins and Minerals 
• Extruded Snack Food: Wheat Flour, Full fat Soya Flour, Maize Flour, Bengal gram Flour, Spices, Citric acid, Salt, Edible Oil and fortified with Vitamins and Minerals.

b) Ready to Cook Foods (i.e., Instant Hot Food Mixes) :

• Hot Food Halwa Mix: Roasted Wheat Ravva (2MM Particle size), Soya Ravva, Sugar, RPO and fortified with Vitamins and Minerals.
• Hot Food Sweet Porridge Mix: Roasted Wheat Ravva (2MM Particle size), Soya Dhal analogue, Sugar, RPO and fortified with Vitamins and Minerals. 
• Hot Food Upma Mix: Roasted Wheat Ravva, Soya Granules, Refined Palmoline Oil, Salt, Black Gram dhal, Mustard seed, Hing powder, Jeera and Red Chillies and fortified with Vitamins and Minerals.
• Hot Food Kichidi Mix: Roasted Wheat Ravva ,Soya Dhal analogue, Refined Palmoline oil, Salt, Green Gram dhal, Black Pepper Powder, Mustard seed, Jeera, powders of Cinnamon & Coriander. (Above all the products are fortified with vitamins and minerals) Subject to beneficiary dept indent/ market demand the required foods are being produced and supplied.
